  1. When my daughter was 2 she used to tell me that she would " tell her other mother" on me when I growled at her and once when we travelled past a spooky graveyard in the dark she pointed to it and said " My other mother lives there". It scared the heck out of me & I avoid that town now.

  3. Some years ago a glass exploded in my kitchen. That same night I walked into the kitchen and the cabinet doors were open. The next morning when I went into the garage my canned vegetables were on the garage floor piled into the shape of a pyramid. My dog refused to come into the kitchen for weeks. The weird stuff finally stopped.

  4. I woke up from a nightmare where I was suffocating but I couldn't get to safety because something was dragging me down by the ankle. Three hours later we got a call that a close family friend had drowned. He'd gone diving and a rock fall trapped him by his foot.

  5. Yes, I have had some unexplained spooky experiences. The one that keeps happening over and over on a regular basis is that I hear dogs running in the hallway when my dogs are fast asleep.

  20. Have had one after another since I was about eight. Most do not even believe me. But one that is a more normal spooky kind is when we lived in North Carolina ( my husband was military) we lived on an old 150 yr old plantation which still had the small town's first one room school house along with a grave yard in the back yard in middle of the tobacco fields. In center of grave yard stood a huge head stone and on full moons the head stone would actually glow.

    1. I've heard about glowing headstones before. There's actually a place here in Texas that has a glowing headstone on certain nights.

  22. Yess, a few years ago when I needed a quite place to study. I was studying in my parents' new house when I saw someone sticking their face to the window a few times. I didn't know whether it's human or not, but it was pretty creepy.

  27. When I was 5, I was spending the night with my best friend Amy. She and I were sitting on her bed looking at a National Geographic book. We were staring at a black and white picture of a family farm with a tornado approaching. Just like in the Wizard of Oz. We both looked up at the same time and looked in her closet. We both saw a glowing red head with black eyes and a black mouth hovering on her shelf. We screamed and ran out of the room. Of course her mom thought we had had too much sugar. But to this day, 50 years later, she and I both remember it.

  30. Yes! Mine happened when we were at a Civil War wax museum in Gettysburg 6 years ago. My family and I were the only visitors in the museum. I was standing a few feet away from them when I felt a hand squeeze my shoulder, I turned around and nobody was there. I know it wasn't my husband or daughters because they were a short distance away, in front of me.

  31. When I was young I slept in a sun porch at the back of the house. I remember falling asleep, then I was looking at myself. Still asleep floating above my bed in a translucent bubble. All of a sudden I was falling back in bed, awake, with the sheet fluttering down on me. I still remember how it felt. I never slept on that porch again. I was convinced it was aliens, as I told my dad, but now I have no idea what it was. But it felt so real.
