A light magic in the darkness of the world...

In the little town of Loving, everyone can find their prince or princess once a year. At least, for a little while. Miriam Eilish is the proprietress of the Eilish House bed and breakfast just inside the town’s limits. She’s had it with love, locking herself away for this year’s magic matchmaking festival with no interest in participating in it ever again.

Enter Kavion Martin at the last possible minute. He’s in town on his own mission that has nothing to do with the festival and everything to do with finding his missing brother.

The match has been made, the magic set, plunging Miri and Kavion head over heels in love with each other and into dangers untold and hardships unnumbered.

Timber Philips hails from a land filled with beauty and steeped in magic; the Pacific Northwest. She swears you can see fairies and goblins, magic and promise around every tree and in every drop of water and she shares that magic whenever she can. She loves welcoming everyone to her worlds of romance rooted in fable and fantasy.

What can we expect from you in the future?
The Witches of Loving is a planned four book series, Love Springs Eternal is just the first book. The three other books will chronicle the other descendants of the original witches of Loving and focus on their elements and powers which are all different. Blyn, Ivan, and Ashlyn’s stories are yet to be completed. I am working on Blyn’s story right now, actually. She’s an air witch whereas Miri’s primary element is earth. Ivan will be fire, and Ashlyn water – each element coming with their own little side powers and element specific abilities. For example, Miri is an earth witch with the power to heal and over green and growing things.

Blyn, who will be book two’s central character, is an air witch with the ability to see what is now and what once was. She has a specific affinity for psychometry and clairvoyance. Meaning, she can see things like where an object has been or things about who has used it before by touching it, as well as get glimpses and hear whispers on the wind about things that are happening now.

Ivan is my pyro kinetic Russian blacksmith with anger management issues. I don’t want to say too much more about that, but in my world, he can communicate with the dead and see what was, what is, and sometimes even what could be in the fire. He’s sort of a magical jack of all magical trades and a master of none. He keeps to himself and has done some pretty bad things. His life is about to change when a single mother and her young daughter move in next door to him.

Ashlyn is going to be fun to write. She has the ability to scry and can see what is and what could be. She uses those glimpses of the future to maximum effect in her chosen field of bounty hunting. Other than her powers and what she does for a living I don’t know anything else about her other than her twin sister, Oaklyn, died of cancer and she carries a chip on her shoulder as a result. Doesn’t let anyone get close like that again. Whoever her hero ends up being to her heroine is going to need a lot of patience – or he’s just going to have to out stubborn her.
